Dewayne Chappell

President/CEO

As a founding member in 2003, Dewayne brings more than 22 years of IT industry experience to his role as President/CEO of Divergys. In addition to numerous Microsoft sales and technical certifications, he specializes in management and leadership as well as sales and marketing. Prior to starting Divergys, he held various IT positions at small and large companies and also served as a Microsoft Certified Trainer teaching certification classes to IT professionals in the greater Houston area. Dewayne and his wife Raquel have been married for more than 20 years and have 2 daughters, Shelby and Sara. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, bow and rifle hunting for whitetail deer, riding 4 wheelers, online gaming, golf and spending time with his family.

Raquel Chappell

CFO

As a founding member in 2003, Raquel brings more than 22 years of accounting and finance experience to her role as CFO of Divergys. Raquel earned her degree in marketing and finance and really enjoys working with the numbers and finding the best deals possible on products for our clients. In her free time she enjoys traveling, bow and rifle hunting for whitetail deer, riding 4 wheelers, golf, zip lining and spending time with her family.

Tom Andrews

Service Manager

As a founding member in 2003, Tom brings more than 17 years of IT industry experience to his role as Service Manager of Divergys. In addition to numerous Microsoft and other vendor certifications he specializes in customer service and managing the Technical Services team as well as all technical projects. Tom is the go to guy for all the toughest technical issues whether it’s on a server, workstation, router or firewall. Tom and his wife Gloria have been married for more than 24 years, have a daughter Katie and son Will. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, attending and listening to Astros and Texans games, as well as coaching youth football and is very active in his local Knights of Columbus council.
